Some of you may have heard the preview of this track, our remix of Above & Beyond’s “You Got to Go”, when it was up briefly on Beatportal.  TOMORROW NIGHT the official debut of the full final mix will happen on FUSiON EDM Radio.  It’s free to tune in and listen right on the interwebz.  We don’t know when it will be dropped during the show, so be sure to tune in when it starts at 9PM!

We are truly stoked to let you know that for the first time ever, we will be pressing actual CD’s. 🙂 This is a special limited edition EP that will not be for sale, but specifically for special distribution at both the February 3rd/Roseland Ballroom and February 4th/Terminal 5 Skrillex tour dates in NYC. There will only be 1000 made and they will never be pressed again. For those of you who want one of these limited EP’s but won’t be at either of those shows, we are giving 10 of you the opportunity to win a signed copy sent to your door.

The rules are simple and anyone has a shot. The internet is an amazing tool for finding new music. Most of us have a few go-to blogs or sites that we use to find new tunes. They may be legal, or they may not be…but since we’re giving out all our music for free, it doesn’t matter either way. So hit up your favorites, wherever you find new music and tell them about NU.F.O.! All you have to do is email the site or blog telling them about us and all our free music (most of them will have email submission links on their sites) and be sure to CC or FWD us on each email you send at contest@nufoboston.com. We hope you guys dig the look of the CD, we’re pumped on how it came out. As always, we appreciate any and all that you guys do to share our tunes with friends, strangers, whoever. So we had to take this opportunity to thank you guys…we just found out that our Fire Fight vocal remix of Skrillex was number one on the PureVolume House charts for the week, even over Skrillex himself!  Our minds = blown.  We seem to wind up thanking you all a lot, as the show of love and support has been overwhelming.  But we mean it when we say it no matter how many times we do and that’s important for us to express to you; we are truly thankful for all the great new friends we’ve made already and how much of a blast you all are to talk to and make music for.  We didn’t put ourselves up on the top of that chart, you guys did.  So thank you, tremendously.  🙂

By the way…more new music coming this month!!  Oh shizzle!

Towards the tail end of 2011, we became friends with the people behind a new company by the name of Khross. They make and sell an original clothing line geared towards those who live a #rockstarlife. That is, those who are driven to push themselves and their lives, doing what they love and are passionate about. We were thrilled to be asked about being a part of what’s going on with this budding company. Naturally, as we are a self-sufficient DIY effort, their message resonated with us. So, we are proud to be a part of the family and you will see much more info and media regarding this over the coming months.
