We meet tons of talented artists by being a part of the music scene and two of them, Moduloktopus and DJ Homewrecker recently joined forces for a collaborative project they’ve dubbed “Blunt Sinatras”.  Their collective influences span a musical breadth words cannot begin to do justice. When they signed on to remix “Amazed” for us, we could only imagine the genre smashing monster they were brewing up for us!

Today’s a dope day. We premiered the second track from our new record “Still Amazed” with YourEDM.com along with an interview about our release plans for the record, inspiration, production and more. That brings us to release plans. When we dropped the first track, “No Rest, No Sleep” back in November, we told you we had big plans to unveil the rest of the record. We are going to release one original track a month starting with this one in February through August. Roughly 2 weeks after each original, a remix will drop. We’ve asked our friends and fellow artists whose work we admire to throw down the heat on remix duties and they totally delivered. So, that’s a fresh track every 2 weeks from now through August. On top of all the audio, we’ve tackled an ambitious endeavor; a series of short films will be released, 1 “chapter” at a time alongside each original track every month. This album, like our first, is a concept album so we enlisted Emmy winning filmmaker Torey Champagne to help us portray an interpretation of the album’s story via film. Come August, both audio and visual versions of the story will have unfolded. It all came out dope and we are beyond excited to finally get underway with releasing what we’ve spent nearly the last 2 years creating. We hope you’ll join us for the ride! <3

A few years ago, we saw Bamboora for the first time at Prime in Boston and were floored by his taste & skill behind the decks. Today, we are lucky enough to call him our friend and are immensely proud to share his remix of our song “No Rest, No Sleep”. Today marks an incredibly exciting day for us: we FINALLY get to begin releasing “Still Amazed”; the new album we’ve spent the last year and a half working tirelessly on. All the music you’ve heard from us up to this point was part of a journey towards figuring out what “our sound” was going to be and this new record is the culmination of that journey.
