We just passed our 1-year anniversary of officially becoming known to the world and looking back on that journey brings ear to ear smiles to our faces. We are incredibly humbled by the tens of thousands of people we’ve reached and made connections with through our music; you guys are truly fucking amazing and the only way we know how to show our thanks and appreciation is to keep pumping out free tracks for you to rage to!! 😀

That brings us to today and we have some exciting stuff to share…

So we’ve been dropping tracks like crazy, 19 since last August, and we don’t intend to slow down despite the recent lag over the past month. The reason is that we’ve been buttoning things up for 2 new 5-song EP’s! The first is going to be “Midnight Remixed” which will feature 5 remixes of tracks from our debut record Midnight Insight. 4 are coming from other artists such as Play Me Records’ & Boston’s own TBMA (The Bolivian Marching Affair) and we are doing one as well. The remixes we’ve already gotten back SLAM and we can’t wait to share with you. After that comes Versus Vol. II which will be the opposite of Volume I in that the first was all vocal remixes and these will all be acapella instrumental remixes, some of which you may have already heard from us and some new.

We’re truly stoked to be releasing these 2 EP’s but what we are MOST excited to share is that in the last week of July, we will be heading back to where we were on vacation and the idea of NU.F.O. was born: in Long Island, NY. We’re mobilizing the studio and moving it to an obscenely awesome house on the water to “dive into” our second original album (pun intended ;)). We’re anxious to write some new stuff from scratch and especially with all the new influence and production toys we’ve acquired since the last album. We promise this one is going to be a monster! You’ll be able to hear a sample of what we’re talking about when you hear our new remix for the Midnight Remixed EP.

Again, we cannot express enough gratitude for all the new friends we’ve made, support we’ve received and we look forward to the next year with you friends, old and new.

Well, well, well…what have we here?  Is that a YouTube player down there?  This right here appears to be a music video lovingly crafted for you by those NU.F.O. dudes, MOSES & EP1C.  This time we’re trying to give you a visual to one of our tracks and, at the same time, a small bit of who we are as people.  We took a LOT of time to shoot and edit this footage over the course of a couple months during our writing, tracking and mixing sessions for our Wolfgang Gartner vocal remix, “Safest Bet”.  You’ll also get a glimpse into how hard we work to get our music heard as we hustle outside of shows on the streets of Boston & New York City.

We hope you enjoy this window into our lives and a fitting visual for a remix that we’re insanely proud of.

OMFGGG. We just passed 1,000 likes on FB and 1,000 twitter friends. We are absolutely blown away by the show of support from all of you and what we’re doing. So in celebration and with our gratitude, we are FINALLY going to release our vocal remix of David Guetta & Avicii’s “Sunshine”, called “Lines Drawn”… in 6 days… 😉 It’s quite literally one of the strongest things we’ve recorded to date, so we hope you’re excited; we definitely are. Every day until then we’re going to post a new thing related to the track – lyrics, the artwork or another piece of the track, but be on the lookout for the full mp3 next Friday, the 9th.

So some of you may have seen on our Twitter or Facebook that we had another new track in the works. It’s an original vocal remix of David Guetta and Avicii’s track Sunshine that we’ve titled “Lines Drawn”.
